Position :

Content Marketing Executive - Chambor

Main purpose:

• Support the Content Manager on ideation, development, writing and implementation for Social Media/ Website / E-comm to reach follower and engagement objectives

• Plan and develop content and assets for catalogue and launches; Copywriting, product descriptions and A+ content copies Chambor.com and etail

Role

• Social media junior management

• Brand/ Agency/ Online Reputation Management

Accountability

• Daily coordination with agency (schedule, texts, artworks, accounts)

• Update and maintain budgets and actuals

• Propose new on-brand storytelling and visual, engagement angles and create mood and storyboards for influencer and studio photo shoots based on internal brief

• Assist in executing end-to-end photo and video shoots for catalogue products, launches, ecomm and Social Media.

• Support development of influencer briefing, coordination of assets revisions and finalization for timely delivery of campaigns

• Support development of Influencer/ press/ retailer asset kits

• Create written content including captions, posts, direct email shots, website content (Blog Posts, how-tos etc)

• Create content for e-commerce and PR texts

• Community management support, spot-checking agency tone and timeliness

• Handle Customer Service queries on website directed email

• Submit monthly reporting on quali/quanti performance vs goals and competition

Operational Marketing Product Managers, Product Development interface, Graphic Designer

Main partners External :

Digital agency, Photographer/ agencies

Personal Profile:

• Excellent writing skills- to create engaging and informative content in the brand voice, including articles, blog posts, social media captions, and product descriptions.

• Confirmed understanding keyword and SEO optimization

• Previous work experience with an agency or client in the beauty Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) segments would be ideal

• Strong visual sensibility for design and visual aesthetics to ensure that content aligns with the brand's image and resonates with the target audience

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and clear articulation of ideas to stakeholders

Professional Profile:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in copy writing and/or content creation

• A degree in BMM, Journalism, Communication, or a related field, which demonstrates a strong foundation in writing, communication, and media studies

• An affinity for the beauty industry, including trends, products, and consumer behavior,

• Experience in working on digital platforms and with agencies

• Strong excel skills; High proficiency Powerpoint, Word

• Fluent Social Content Planning apps (Meta Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer etc)
