Responsibilities

Sales Support

• Provide administrative support to the national sales team.

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales materials, presentations, and reports.

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers.

• Do proper market study and plan BA incentives and sales promotions.

Communication and Coordination

• Act as a liaison between the national sales team and brand teams.

• Facilitate communication and information flow within the sales team.

• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure consistency in strategies and communication.

Data Analysis

• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.

• Plan trade marketing activities on slow moving ranges.

• Generate regular reports on sales performance and present findings to the sales team and management.

Order Processing

• Process and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

• Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to coordinate order fulfillment.

Market Research

• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

• Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team based on market research.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years or + experience in sales coordination or a related role in the beauty & personal care industry. Should have managed retail accounts and BAs.

Familiarity with sales processes, order management, and BA managements.

If managed any sales automation software will be an added advantage as we are implementing M-Assist.

Communication Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
