- FUNCTION - Senior Product Manager - CHAMBOR
- LOCATION - mumbai
Main purpose:
• Drive sell-out of product lines with 360 coordination of launch and cruising product initiatives
• Contribute to meeting online and offline market share and profit objectives.
• As a central hub for the team, be the guarantor of brand identity, expression and growth
Role
• Orchestrate all elements of mix with internal and external stakeholders, maximizing sell-out and reporting online/ offline sell out
Accountability
• Propose, Maintain marketing calendars.
• Marketing budget proposal, update, control actuals vs plan.
• Trade marketing concepts and coordination to drive sell out.
• Drive product forecasts, coordinate orders (online, offline)
• Participate in assortment planning per channel and chain.
• Create 360° launch, operational promo support plans and activations; Proactively follow up initiatives assessing efficiency and adjusting.
• Coordination, internal stakeholders/ external -including agencies- all product and communication initiatives.
• Draft presentation decks – strategic, internal and retailer presentation, business and competitive analysis, communication benchmarking.
• Offline Media planning follow up, support
• Coordinate PR offline and online edition coverage.
• Launch and catalogue performance analysis; Interface with Product Development on SKU management, development, lead-times.
• Present new products to Sales, Training, Retailers.
• Pricing analyses
• Manage discontinued destocking.
• Competitive watch: Competition, r/e-tail news and performance, international trends, social listening.
• Coordinate social media, e-comm, retail asset needs.
• Assist visual merchandising and POSM planning and implementation.

• Sales, Supply, New Product Development, Communications team
Main partners External:
Brand, Media, Digital agencies; Retailers; Influencers/ Media.
Personal Profile:
• Excellent English writing and communication skills; local languages.
• Social media proficiency.
• Analytical, team-player, entrepreneur & initiative taker, result oriented, passion for product, hands-on, pragmatic & flexible.
Professional Profile :
• Minimum 7 years’ experience, ideally in beauty industry
• MBA qualification ideal.
• Experience in working on digital platforms and/or with agencies.
• Fluent excel and budgeting skills; High proficiency Powerpoint, Word.
