Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Project Planning and Coordination

Develop, plan, and implement retail projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure all aspects of the project are compatible and will meet the business needs.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management

Work with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to follow up, acquire the necessary updates & review against the schedule

Communicate with stakeholders, including other departments, Retail Operations Team and external vendor partners, to ensure their requirements are met.

Budget Management

Keep track of project finances, including budgeting and invoice approvals.

Ensure that the project remains within financial constraints and report any discrepancies to management.


Prepare detailed reports on the project's status for upper management.

Document project progression and lessons learned for future reference.

Perform regular inspections and reviews of the project progress to ensure the schedule is being met & highlight any deviations, delay for course correction.

Qualifications and Skills

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


A bachelor's degree in business administration, management is required.
